whats this movie called?

This girl moves to new york, and she befriends the guy down the hall
of her apartment. She thinks he is gay, so when she comes home drunk
with him from a party, she then undresses in front of him...Sooner or
later she finds out he isn't gay, but they end up falling in love at
the end.
